TAKE A 'HINT': Tyler, the Creator,
Kacey Musgraves and
Lana Del Rey will headline the 10th
Hinterland Music Festival, which goes down 8/1-3 in St. Charles, Iowa, outside of Des Moines.
The bill also features a host of rising stars, including

Sierra Ferrell, S
till Woozy,
Royel Otis,
Wyatt Flores,
Role Model,
Glass Beams,
Michael Marcagi and
Gigi Perez.
The event, produced by
First Fleet Concerts, is offering fans a “90 Degree Guarantee,” allowing them to request a refund for any day during which the temperature rises above that threshold. In addition, organizers are instituting a "free look" policy, affording certain VIP ticket-holders a chance to return them "if they aren’t satisfied within the first hour of arriving."
Live Nation acquired a majority stake in First Fleet last year, but that deal does not cover certain Iowa venues and festival properties such as Hinterland that are owned by First Fleet head

Rainbow Kitten Surprise will assemble for Richmond, Virginia's
Iron Blossom Music Festival, which is set for 9/20-21 at
Midtown Green.
Also on the lineup are

Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio.
As the name implies, fans can obtain all the ink they desire at
Monster Energy Tattoo X, the fest's onsite tattoo convention housed inside the prison made famous in
The Shawshank Redemption. The facility is not open to the public other than for the festival and select Halloween events.
