SOUR finishes 17k chart sales ahead of its closest competitor, Easy Life’s Life’s A Beach (Island). Streams were responsible for 75% of Rodrigo’s total; “good 4 u” was streamed 12.6m times as it racked up 108k chart sales.
Life’s A Beach registered the most physical sales in the week to grab #2 while Texas’ Hi (BMG) debuts at #3, their ninth Top 10 album.
Elsewhere, Taylor Swift’s evermore (EMI) rose 66 places to #4 following its release on vinyl; it was the week’s best-seller in the format.
