RCA Nashville's much buzzed-about Old Dominion are preparing to drop their debut full-length, Meat and Candy. The album goes into pre-order Friday 10/2 and officially streets 11/6. See below for IDs.
As seen above, current single "Break Up With Him," which is now #9 at Country radio and #7 on iTunes country singles chart, just earned gold certification. The video's earned north of 3m views since its release in July. Watch it here.
They're set to join Kenny Chesney on his 2016 run, which is said to include stadiums, ampitheatres and festival dates. It's worth noting that frontman Matthew Ramsey and guitarist Brad Tursi co-wrote the megastar's "Save It For a Rainy Day," which is currently #2 at radio.
They may be "Old," but they're certainly not old news.
BACK ROW: Sony Music Nashville SVP Marketing Paul Barnabee, RCA Nashville Director/National Promotion Josh Easler, Sony Music Nashville Chairman & CEO Randy Goodman, drummer Whit Sellers, frontman Matthew Ramsey, guitarist Trevor Rosen, Sony Music Nashville VP Sales Caryl Healey, RCA SVP National Promotion Keith Gale, Sony Music Nashville EVP Promotions & Artist Development Steve Hodges, Sony Music Nashville EVP & COO Ken Robold; FRONT ROW: bassist Geoff Sprung, guitartist Brad Tursi.
