Lisa Ray has joined Sandbox Entertainment, where she’ll serve as day-to-day manager for Dan + Shay.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Lisa and watching her excel in her field,” said Sandbox President/CEO Jason Owen. “She has an amazing perspective and knowledge of all things in our world, and I am so excited to have such an incredible redhead bring her talents and expertise to the Sandbox team.”

In her statement, Ray enthuses that she’s been “a huge fan of [Owen] for years,” lauding him for his “innovation and forward-thinking, adding, “I am so appreciative for the opportunity to continue working alongside the enormously talented Dan + Shay in this new capacity.”

Ray arrives at Sandbox following 14 years career at WMG, the last five as VP Artist Development for Warner Music Nashville.
