Warner Music Nashville has upped three within its A&R department.
Stephanie Davenport is promoted to Sr. Director, Jason McColl rises to Director and Mackenzie Blake is elevated to Project Coordinator. All three positions will continue reporting to EVP A&R Cris Lacy.
“In what I would consider one of the toughest seasons for the entire industry, every person in our A&R department has demonstrated how industrious, innovative and dedicated they are,” Lacy said. “Stephanie, Jason and Mackenzie, along with Scott Hendricks and Rohan Kohli, form the perfect A&R team.”
Having started her career at WME, Belmont University alum Davenport joined WMN as a Coordinator ten years ago and now reps artists like Drew Parker, Jessie James Decker, Ian Munsick, Randall King and Tyler Braden.
McColl, also a Belmont album, spent three years in radio promotions at UMG before joining the WMN A&R team in 2018. He will continue managing the music catalog while transitioning into a more traditional A&R role.
Blake, like Davenport, entered the industry via WME. Following a stop at Live Nation, the Indiana University alum began at WMN in 2019.
