SAUNDERS RETAINS SEDLMAYR & ASSOCIATES

Breaking independent act Ant Saunders has solidified his team. The "Yellow Hearts" singer and manager Nick Mueller will retain Sedlmayr & Associates, run by Theo Sedlmayr. Attorney Sebastian Zar will represent team Saunders on their record deal, currently being chased by the entire biz.

The enigmatic Theo is said to represent hip-hop royalty Eminem, Drake, among others, along with A-list execs. Sedlmayr protégé Zar, counts Post Malone and producer CashMoneyAP among his clients.

Meanwhile, the Arizona Zervas deal is nearing the finish line as one of the three front runners falls out of favor.
