Taylor Swift was presented the Artist of the Decade award by
Carole King, and performed a medley of past and present hits. Her medley included such oldies as "Love Story," "Trouble," "Blank Space," and "Shake It Off" (with Cabello and Halsey). Swift also won big, taking home Artist of the Year and Favorite Pop/Rock Album honors, making her the most-awarded artist in AMA history. Despite the high-profile band-and-forth between Tay and her former label, there was little controversy in the appearance. Swift gave a big shout-out to
