To celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community and Pride month,
Pandora is launching its
Qmunity station today. It’s the first time Pandora is expanding its
Modes feature to a genre station.
Qmunity will include iconic Pride anthems from superstars along with a Future of Pride Mode that will allow listeners to tune the station to play more music from emerging artists. The Future of Pride Mode will also feature hand-picked selections from artists such as
The Aces,
Vincint,
Shaed and
Wrabel.
On 6/28, Pandora will team up with
Snapchat to allow users to create unique songs and AR experiences with brand-new technology. Snapchatters can also remix the music and effects within Snapchat Lens.
Pandora will be sharing LGBTQIA+ history via trivia, exclusive artist video interviews, and more throughout the month of June on
Instagram.
