Indie Regional MX giant
Grupo Firme enjoyed the most wins—six—at the 2023
Premio Lo Nuestro awards in Miami on 2/23. With nine nominations total, the Tijuana septet scored trophies for Regional Mexican Song of the Year ("Ya Supérame [En Vivo]") and Regional MX Album of the Year
(Enfiestados y Amanecidos), among its other laurels.
Universal Music Latino stars
Karol G and
Sebastián Yatra earned four wins apiece. Yatra, who also served as co-host of the ceremony, broadcast on
Univision, was the most-nominated artist with 10 nods. He secured wins in Male Artist of the Year (Pop), Pop Song of the Year ("Tacones Rojas"), Pop Album of the Year (
Dharma) and Pop Ballad of the Year.
Karol G was awarded Artist of the Year—beating
Bad Bunny and the aforementioned winners—and Song of the Year ("MAMIII" w/
Becky G), as well as Female Artist of the Year (Urban) and Urban Song of the Year ("Provenza").

Yahritza y Su Esencia, who took home
