Pineda’s peak career moments include turning Crypto.com Arena pink during a sold-out Lakers/Clippers game to promote the surprise release of Nicki Minaj’s “Do We Have a Problem?” In addition to the upcoming NBA playoffs and MLB season, he’s excited about Metro Boomin’s latest release, plus new music by Morgan Wallen and the Jonas Brothers. On the management front, he’s focused on Julia Wolf and Brooke Alexx’s tours and projects by Emma Lov and Madison Watkins. For years, Pineda worked as an in-arena sports DJ. Too bad he couldn’t scratch this feature.

Tessie Grace Lammle
Music Agent, UTA

After two years of rerouted tours, Lammle fondly recalls kicking back into action in 2022 and visiting Dubai for the first time in December for the Sole DXB festival with Ari Lennox and Shenseea. Lammle’s excited about upcoming tours by Latto, who will be making her debut oversees in Europe in July, and working with new act Chase Shakur, among others. As one of the first music agents to have started in the UTA mailroom, this Salt Lake City native has come a long way. Wish we could say the same.

Paul Logan
VP, Sync & Brand Partnerships, Big Loud

Logan recently landed syncs on Netflix, ESPN, NBC, CBS (Fire Country), Paramount (Tulsa King, Yellowstone), FOX (Monarch) and video games (WWE, Beatstar, The Sims) for a roster that includes Morgan Wallen, Jagwar Twin and Hailey Whitters. Another placement: HARDY's "wait in the truck" f/Lainey Wilson on ABC's Big Sky, which helped propel the song to #1 on Shazam's country chart. Among other career highlights, Logan worked MTV's 2008 TRL finale, which brought together NSYNC, Diddy, Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent, and handled one of Justin Bieber's first TV bookings. That's showbiz, baby!

Britnee Foreman
Head of Data Strategy and Digital Operations, Exceleration Music

For Foreman, winning the Master of Metadata award at the Music Biz Conference, for which she was nominated by mentor Amy Dietz, was a “shocking” moment, capped by a celebration with her team. Today she’s looking forward to new releases from label partners Alligator Records, Kill Rock Stars, SideOneDummy, Bloodshot and Candid as well as setting up a data system to accelerate the gathering and tracking of metrics. Foreman has a background in competitive cheer–she knows how to throw and catch people. People cheer when we’re thrown and not caught.

Ethan Hallowell
Manager, Talent & Brand Relations, SiriusXM/Pandora

Hallowell has worked “once in a lifetime” shows made possible by his employer, including performances at the legendary Apollo Theater by Drake, Pearl Jam and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. But nothing tops seeing the Zac Brown Band in Hallowell’s hometown of Seattle, where he was wished a happy birthday onstage. He’s recently helped open SiriusXM/Pandora’s office/studio in Miami’s South Beach, among other projects. Hallowell has been charged by an elephant, a lion and a shark, which should be ample preparation for the arrival of his first child in April.

Natalie Cotton-Puig

For Cotton-Puig, nothing tops collaborating with Anitta on her global smash “Envolver,” which not only peaked at #1 on Spotify global—making her the first solo Latin female artist to hit #1—but also broke a Guinness World Record. Cotton-Puig is committed to bringing more female engineers, producers, songwriters and video directors into the mix while working with artists like Myke Towers, Ovy on the Drums, Justin Quiles, Elena Rose and Lenny Tavarez. She also happens to be a classically trained singer. We’re tone-deaf (literally and figuratively).

Mark Buol

Buol is grateful to have played a role in the career of the late King Von, including serving as executive producer of his album What It Means To Be King, which resulted in “something he’d truly be proud of.” In the last few years, he’s also been thrilled to watch management client LUCKI grow to 4.4m+ monthly listeners and sell out shows for his upcoming tour ahead of the March arrival of the deluxe version of 2022’s FLAWLESS LIKE ME and a new album in Q4. A massive football fan, Buol never misses a game. No one ever misses us either.

Daniela Matos

Matos will never forget celebrating a 2022 MTV VMA nomination for Becky G & KAROL G’s “MAMIII” clip at a table with Taylor Swift and singing Swift’s “All Too Well” with the songwriter herself at 3am. Matos was likewise thrilled when SOTA clients earned four Latin Grammy noms last year. She’s presently developing video strategies, brand bibles and rollout activities for the company’s roster while prepping for Becky G’s Coachella performance and upcoming regional Mexican album. Matos plays the violin and speak three languages. We’re good at napping.
