Punk mainstay Bad Religion has canceled its upcoming North American tour, citing “an unforeseen family circumstance.”
The trek was to begin 9/17 in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, at the Sherman Theater, and would’ve rolled through the U.S. and Canada. Shows in Montreal, Toronto, Edmonton (Alberta), Vancouver and Seattle were already sold out.
“Due to an unforeseen family circumstance, we are canceling our upcoming fall tour,” a band statement reads. “We apologize for any disappointment and disruption this may cause. We appreciate your understanding. For ticket refunds, please visit the point of purchase.”
Bad Religion, which completed a European tour in July, is booked by CAA’s Darryl Eaton and Jared Martin.
