Sony Music Publishing's hot streak continued at the 2024
SESAC Music Awards, where the company was named Publisher of the Year for a third straight year.
Jack Harlow took home Songwriter of the Year for the fourth consecutive time at the event, which was held 9/17 in Los Angeles. The
Range-repped rapper also won Song of the Year for "Lovin on Me."
SMP songwriters likewise took home hardware for such songs as “Good Good” by
USHER and
Summer Walker; “3D” by
Jung Kook and Harlow; “Not the 1975” by
The Kooks; and
SZA’s “Used," while writers
Dahi,
Knox Morris,
Melvin Hough and
Rivelino Woulter were also acknowledged.
