In our latest roundup, we present eight more stars of tomorrow from various parts of the biz whose dedication and effort make their superiors look good.
This week's entrants will also find their faces in our latest mag, which could make for good—or disappointing—talking points during Thanksgiving dinner.

Daisy Hoffman
Agent, Wasserman Music
Having grown up attending
Ultra Music Festival, Hoffman was understandably elated to book
John Summit as part of his collaborative project,
Everything Always, with
Dom Dolla to headline the fest’s main stage in 2025. Presently, she’s orchestrating the
Experts Only events in Tulum, Tahoe and Vail slated for the top of the year, curating unique festival-style lineups alongside Summit and the team. Despite her high-octane career, Hoffman has never had a sip of coffee. Neither have we, for the last four minutes.

Sean Heydorn
SVP, Head of Rock and Rise Records, BMG
This year, Heydorn has celebrated big moments like
Spiritbox’s
Grammy nod,
Sum 41’s final album —which yielded their first Alternative radio #1 in over two decades—
Lenny Kravitz’s Vegas residency,
Breaking Benjamin’s comeback and music from newcomers
Kublai Khan TX. He’s now gearing up for Spiritbox’s second album, which features a collab with
Megan Thee Stallion,
Polyphia’s studio return, Kravitz’s EU tour, Breaking Benjamin’s new single, plus more. Heydorn dreams of off-road biking and camping in solitude. He definitely doesn’t want us anywhere near his tent.

Britt Donahoo
Director, Commercial Strategy & Partnerships, Island Records
From promoting hip-hop shows in college to major-label milestones, Donahoo’s career is a constant high note. She played a key role in
Sabrina Carpenter’s platinum success and helped plot the global explosion of
Chappell Roan’s debut album—she’ll never forget learning the “HOT TO GO!” dance from Roan herself. More recently, she’s been focused on new releases from
Wyatt Flores,
Shawn Mendes and
Medium Build, among others. Donahoo was once a cheer captain in Texas. We were frequently shoved into our lockers.

Bel Mesbahi
Creative Director, A&R,
PULSE Music Group/
PULSE Records
Mesbahi was thrilled to blend music and fashion when working on the
ALYX mixtape with
Matthew Williams—the former creative director of
Givenchy. Celebrating its launch with a
New York Fashion Week bash alongside some of the project’s featured artists was a career highlight. Recently, he’s been focused on rolling out
Tommy Richman’s debut album,
COYOTE, which arrived on 9/27. Mesbahi is an avid disc-golf player, hitting the courses weekly. We have been beaten by children at putt-putt golf.

Mamie Lowther
Artist Manager, Three Six Zero
Among other career highs, Lowther’s seen
MK &
Dom Dolla’s
ARIA-winning “Rhyme Dust” dominate
Beatport and U.S. Dance radio, traveled to Lagos with
Ebenezer and had a front-row seat for a
J. Cole,
Wizkid &
Davido show, and visited
Old Trafford with
Majid Jordan during their U.K. tour. Lately, she’s been busy relaunching MK’s
Area10 label and managing the campaign for Majid Jordan’s
Good People album (plus tour) and is now developing Japanese supergroup
f5ve’s rise. Lowther’s a classically trained singer and violinist with 3x Grade 8 certifications. We’ve been banned from karaoke.

Sarah Pfeiffer
Associate Director, Marketing, Columbia
Pfeiffer’s career is studded with stellar marketing campaigns, from
Harry Styles to
ROSALÍA and
Tyler, the Creator. Her highlight? A live stunt with
blink-182 transformed into a chart-topping album campaign, ending with a commemorative tattoo. Now, she’s amplifying
Koe Wetzel’s hits from his
9 Lives album and the deluxe edition of
Ella Langley’s breakout debut album,
still hungover. Next up: new music from
The Chainsmokers and
Alana Springsteen. Pfeiffer boasts tattoos for many of the major projects she’s worked on. We’ve got a “Hey Buddy” tramp stamp.

Patrick Flanagan
Artist Manager, Maverick
Flanagan traveled to Tuscany to work on
Andrea Bocelli’s three-day July concert event, saw
Shania Twain join
Harry Styles for his 2022
Coachella headlining set and took a helicopter tour around Rio for
Paul McCartney’s show in 2023. Lately, his work has taken him to the
Dr. Odyssey set with Twain, who returns to the series for another episode airing 11/28, and NYC for the premiere of
Andrea Bocelli 30: The Celebration, which hit U.S. theaters 11/8. Flanagan’s intro to management started at
Mortar Media, with
Jersey Shore’s
Snooki. We’ve been called a situation.

Jessica Thomas
Director of A&R, Ads & Brand Partnerships, Milk & Honey Silo
Thomas cherishes inking her idol
James Blake to a sync licensing deal with
SILO: Music and witnessing the success of management clients
JBACH (
Anitta,
Stray Kids,
Le Sserafim) and
Trey Campbell (
GIVĒON),
John Legend,
Masego). Having built SILO: Music’s management and publishing rosters for the last four years, she recently stepped into a new role at Milk & Honey Silo, focusing on music for major ad campaigns and artist-brand partnerships (she recently secured
UPSAHL for an
Apple ad). Thomas is fluent in American Sign Language. Our English is a little rusty.
