Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited and its investment advisor,
The Family (Music) Limited, have acquired a music catalog from award-winning American producer
Emile Haynie. The acquisition includes 100% of Haynie’s interest in his catalog, which consists of 122 songs.

Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager, which were respectively certified 2x platinum and platinum in the U.S. and

Born to Die, which was the 5th best-selling album of 2012, and single “Summertime Sadness,” which was certified 4x platinum in the U.S. and 2x platinum in the U.K. Haynie has also worked on
Bruno Mars’ Grammy Award-winning album
Unorthodox Jukebox, which reached #1 in the U.S. and U.K. and is certified 4x platinum in the U.S. and 3x platinum in the U.K.
