Team
UTA is geeked for a heavy festival season as its wide-ranging music clients take the stage at all manner of confabs.
Halsey just headlined New York’s
Governors Ball, which also featured UTA clients like
Lil Wayne,
Denzel Curry,
YG,
COIN and
Channel Tres. At San Francisco’s
Outside Lands (8/5-7), the agency has headliner
Post Malone, who just dropped album
Twelve Carat Toothache (
Mercury/
Republic), as well as hometown artist
ILLENIUM,
Dominic Fike, Brazilian breakout
Anitta,
Parcels and
Polo &
Pan.
Bonnaroo (6/16-19) boasts 27 of the agency’s acts, including
Machine Gun Kelly,
21 Savage,
LANY,
Marc Rebillet and
Tierra Whack.
Then there are
Summerfest (6/23-25, 6/30-7/2, 7/7-9),
Rolling Loud (9/23-25) and
Lollapalooza (7/28-31), which has 33 confirmed UTA acts, among them
The Kid LAROI,
Banks and
CloZee, not to mention up-and-comers
Pom Pom Squad and
Daisy the Great.
On the EDM front, UTA had 64 acts in the
EDC Las Vegas lineup, including the debut performance of dance-world supergroup
Kx5 (
Kaskade &
Deadmau5’s joint project). 35 United Talent artists appeared at
Forbidden Kingdom last month.
Nashville’s
CMA Festival welcomed 30 UTA acts, spanning
Jimmie Allen,
Easton Corbin,
Blanco Brown and
Brittney Spencer.
Action Bronson,
Jimmy Eat World,
Mothica,
YUNGBLUD and more are confirmed for
Riot Fest (9/16-18), and
The Chemical Brothers will be headlining San Francisco’s new
Portola (9/24-25).
To round out festival season, UTA has 16 clients—
Paramore,
Lil Nas X,
James Blake,
Spoon,
GAYLE and
L’Imperatrice, to name a few—at
Austin City Limits (10/7-9, 10/14-16).
As you can see, we weren’t kidding about the schedule. And if you find yourself at one of this year's big festivals, be sure to ask
David Zedeck to lend you a glowstick.
