SCMG/Interscope's DaBaby revisited the #1 song in the U.S. with a "Black Lives Matter Remix" for "ROCKSTAR." He added a blistering intro to the smash detailing his past encounters with police. Iconic protest rock anthem "Killing in the Name" by Rage Against the Machine has had a resurgence during the recent wave of protests, as many are returning to Zack de la Rocha's refrain "Some of those that work forces, are the same that burn crosses." The band and track trended on Twitter during the first week of June and Spotify added the song to its most recent New Music Friday playlist. "Killing in the Name" received the biggest surge in lyric searches at Genius at the end of May. The song was originally created in response to the beating of Rodney King by the LAPD in 1992.
