Industry vet Rachel Douglas has joined Range Media Partners’ music division as partner.
The Los Angeles-based manager represents songwriter/producer Sean Douglas (Lizzo, Thomas Rhett, Dan + Shay) and Nova Wav, the songwriting and production duo behind hits by Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Ariana Grande and H.E.R.
“I’ve seen first-hand Rachel’s ability to maximize opportunity for talent across multiple sectors of entertainment,” said Range Media managing partner Evan Winiker. “I’ve also been impressed by how adeptly Rachel has navigated the rapidly evolving arena of music-catalog sales; she’s negotiated groundbreaking, eight-figure deals for her clients, and her financial acumen makes her a uniquely valuable asset for several Range clients in that space.”
Founded in September 2020, Range Media Partners’ music division is home to, among others, Mariah Carey, Jack Harlow, Justin Tranter, Wale, MAX, D Smoke, WondaGurl, Midland and PartyNextDoor.
