Virgin Music Group, in partnership with
Grey Area Music, has signed genre-bending singer-songwriter-rapper
David Morris. In celebration of the deal, Morris will release his new single, “Jenny’s Song,” on 5/23.
A native of Charleston, West Virginia, Morris, plays an Appalachian-shaded style of country music. He enjoyed a breakthrough in 2022 with the release of "Carrying Your Love," which went viral on
TikTok,
and its follow-up, “Dutton Ranch Freestyle.” Since making his debut, he's earned 110m+ streams and supported
Jelly Roll and
Kidd G on tour.
