On the heels of notching Grammy noms for Best New Artist and Best Country Album, Sam Hunt makes his return to NBC’s Late Night With Seth Meyers this Wednesday, 1/6. He'll perform his platinum-certified Top 5 single “Break Up in a Small Town.”

Hunt made his national TV debut on Meyers’ show back in September 2014, when he performed his debut single, “Leave the Night On,” off his first major-label album, the game-changing Montevallo (MCA Nashville).
