As River House/Columbia Nashville’s Luke Combs continues to set records with his new deluxe album, the country star recently joined Amazon Music for a special livestream event on 11/6 via Amazon Live.
Taking the stage to perform a stripped-down set with songs from his new deluxe album, What You See Ain’t Always What You Get, Combs also answered fan questions about the album as well as his collaboration with Crocs, which is available for a limited time here.
The new deluxe album features five new tracks in addition to the original 18 and debuted at #1, setting a new weekly streaming record—and breaking his own previous record— for a country album with 102.2m+ on-demand streams. The album’s accolades add to yet another banner year for the rising superstar.
His latest new single “Forever After All,” also debuted at #2 on the all-genre chart, marking the highest entrance ever for a male country solo artist. It’s currently #1 in Country Streaming Songs with 29.1m streams and in Country Digital Song Sales with 52k downloads.
Combs is currently nominated for six awards at the 54th CMA Awards including Entertainer of the Year and will perform during the live awards broadcast on Wednesday (11/11) at 8:00pm ET/7:00pm CT on ABC. He’s also set to be a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday (11/9).
