This holiday season,
UMG is promoting health and wellness through the
Universal Music All Together Now Foundation and its Task Force for Meaningful Change.
Backed by the
Mental Health Coalition and
World Central Kitchen, initiatives include support of communities globally with thousands of meals and more and
Grati-Tunes, a 30-track playlist underscoring the importance of gratitude to maintaining mental health.
Grants were awarded to Los Angeles'
Downtown Women’s Center and
Support + Feed, New York's
Bowery Mission, Miami’s
Buddy System, Atlanta’s
Hosea Helps and Nashville’s
People Loving Nashville.
In addition to the Task Force for Meaningful Change's bolstering of health-care organizations—including the
Black Women’s Health Imperative,
Council on Black Health,
Society for the Analysis of African American Public Health Issues and
Student National Medical Association—UMG employees were encouraged to volunteer for
My Friend’s Place,
The Giving Spirit and the Buddy System, among other worthy causes.
Now, grab your
glögg, get comfy and express your gratitude
here. BTW, we are grateful for
you (that is not a joke).
