KIM PETRAS SWIMS INTO SPORTS ILLUSTRATED

Republic's Kim Petras is among the 2023 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover models, joining Megan Fox, Martha Stewart and Brooks Nader.

Photographed by Yu Tsai, Petras follows in the footsteps of Leyna Bloom, who became the first trans SI cover model in 2021.

It's the cherry on top of a huge year for Petras, whose collaboration with Sam Smith, "Unholy," won the Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance in February.
