Travis Scott has ambitious plans for his album launch would be putting it lightly. With a feature film, global livestream event and suite of physical options, Scott is going all out for
Utopia.
Scott announced Tuesday (7/25) there would be five different unique covers for his fourth studio album, revealing the first one to his fans. Over at his web store, fans can choose between 15 different box set options, with some containing different combinations of vinyl, CDs, T-shirts, hats, longsleeves and sweatshirts, ranging from $50-150.
Scott also unleashed the trailer for
Circus Maximus, a feature film with a run time of 1:15. The visual is billed as "a surreal and psychedelic journey, uniting a collective of visionary filmmakers from around the world in a kaleidoscopic exploration of human experience and the power of soundscapes."
Circus Maximus was written and directed by Scott, with additional direction from
Gaspar Noe,
Valdimar Jóhannsson,
Nicolas Winding Refn,
Harmony Korine and
Kahlil Joseph. It will play exclusively at
AMC Theatres in the U.S. beginning Friday (7/28).

The Weeknd opened at #1 on
Spotify U.S. and #2 globally. It was also most added at Pop and Rhythm this week.
All of the Scott activity is building up to Thursday evening's (7/27) album event, which will be livestreamed somewhere. Anticipation is very high for Scott's return to the mainstream—not to mention for the follow-up to his blockbuster set,
ASTROWORLD.
