UPDATE: As of Halloween, tracks from 1989 (TV) occupy nine of the Top 10 slots on Spotify's USA Top 50 (she's got five more in the Top 20, along with "Cruel Summer") and four of the top 10 on the global chart, where "Cruel Summer" is #10.

Par for the course for anything Taylor Swift-related, the Republic superstar has set new records on Spotify on day one for 1989 (Taylor's Version).

On 10/27 Swift broke her own record for the biggest streaming day for any artist in Spotify history, while 1989 (TV) became the most-streamed album in a single day in 2023.
